Not that long ago, I found myself in a career and lifestyle that wasn’t fulfilling. On the outside, my life looked ideal. I was a successful forensic investigator, wife to a physician, and nurturing mother dedicated to academic achievement and cultural arts. After experiencing a life threatening and debilitating illness, my entire life changed when I realized I was not fulfilling my life’s purpose. Willing to let go of societal standards, I rebuilt my life and started my own business.

It wasn’t long before I recognized that without an effective business strategy and plan, I was constantly chasing sales and overwhelmed with managing clients and cash flow. There had to be an easier way. A life-long learner, I dove into educating myself on how to make the process of sustaining relationships and generating revenue simpler and save time. It was then that I discovered the answer to my problem: Customer Relationship Management (CRM). I was able to use the power of CRM technology to systemize my business for more efficiency, cash flow and impact, and live the life I truly desired. A life of peace, purpose and freedom.
